They worked tirelessly, coding day-in and day-out, to produce the most informative and entertaining gaming website mankind has ever had the pleasure of viewing. For their goal was not just to deliver news to thirsty minds, but to accomplish journalistic nirvana by manifesting a website that could end wars, cure cancer, and teach bears to juggle lightning. When they were finished, they looked upon their creation – their glorious paramount of media perfection – and were pleased.
And then The Temp got drunk and deleted it. What was left became Piki Geek.
Piki Geek is staffed by a handful of dedicated gaming enthusiasts who do their damnedest to bring you up-to-date news, original features, and unbiased reviews at the low, low price of absolutely free. We like to keep a clean, uncluttered site with a constant feed of new stories everyday. While most of us are veterans of the journalism industry, we don’t make millions off of our work – we just have a passion for games and want to share it with you. It’d also be a crime not to mention Reddit in some form, since everyone on our team actively visits that heroin-filled site. We love you, Reddit.
It’s thanks to our parent company, Pikimal.com, that we exist at all. Pikimal is a pretty rad decision engine that uses “Pikis” to objectively determine the “best item for you.” In other words, if you’re looking for the best TF2 weapon for being a badass, they’ve got you covered. While the Piki Geek offices are now separate from the Pikimal offices (they eventually got sick of our weekly chiptune light switch raves), we still occasionally steal their tools to create some interesting and original content.
