Warhammer 40k Space-Hulk Coming Soon

So, do any of our readers play Warhammer? Specifically Warhammer 40k? Do any of you remember that wonderful expansion thingamajig called Space Hulk? You know, the one that was totally objectively awesome? Well now it’s going to be a video game developed by Full Control.

Full Control appears to be broadening their horizons, and I for one am extremely excited. Having not heard of this studio, I looked into their site, and found that all their games are iOS turn-based-strategy games. For most, this would be a major turn-off, but quite frankly, I’ve always envisioned a Warhammer turn-based-strategy games. The RTS ones are fun, don’t get me wrong, but Warhammer itself is turn-based, and they’ll be able to make it so much more similiar to the board game itself.

The game will reportedly feature challenging Genestealer AI, cross platform multiplayer between PC, Mac, and iOS, both in co-op and head to head, and my personal favorite Space Marine Chapter, the Blood Angels (not ravens, we shan’t be fighting in the name of Dah Emprah ever again).

I’m tentatively excited for this one. I said that I really want a Warhammer 40k turn-based-strategy, but I can’t say I’ve played any of Full Control’s games. Let’s just hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
