Word on the Street: Steam Summer Sale

Summers can be long, hot, and boring. The celebrate the endless days, rising mercury, and freedom from school, most people will plan a vacation or pick up a new hobby. Not gamers. No. Instead, gamers wait anxiously by their computers in anticipation of the greatest sale known the mankind: The Steam Summer Sale.

Traditionally, the Steam Summer Sale would be in full swing by now. Aside from confirming there will be a Steam Summer Sale, Valve has been sparse with details. This has led to reckless speculation about when the traditional ravaging of the wallet and bank account will take place. While we won’t throw our hat into the speculation ring, we thought it’d be a good idea to see what the community is up to.

It was the economics guy, with the calculator, in Gabe’s knife warehouse.
