Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon is back after five years with its new installment: Future Soldier. As the name suggests, this tactical third-person shooter allows the player to control an elite squad of Ghosts kitted out with futuristic gadgets and weaponry, as they fight their way through increasingly ridiculous odds. After so long in development it’s not surprising that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has attempted to re-imagine the series and appeal to a wider audience. Has it worked?
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is available for the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3, and will be released for the PC on June 26th. Review is based on the Xbox 360 version.
