Last month, the Dark Souls Facebook page revealed a curious “image” – a wall that had to be broken down by liking the page. We were promised a big announcement when the wall came down and many people were guessing either new content or a PC port. While the wall has yet to be broken, a German gaming magazine has revealed that a PC port lurks behind the wall. When it was originally released, Dark Souls garnered critical acclaim for combing soul crushing difficulty into one of the year’s most rewarding gameplay experiences.
Entitled Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, the PC port will feature additional content not seen in its console counterparts. It’s unclear whether this new content will be PC exclusive or not. All I know is that the PC port will be the superior version of the game for one simple reason: broken keyboards/mice are easier to replace than $50 controllers!
Although it’s not official right now, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition is rumored to be released sometime in August.

Your joke about controllers was bad. Most good mice and keyboards are over $50 individually.
