Rejoice! Utility Vehicle Simulator Is Coming!

Like most of you, it has long been a dream of mine to become a utility vehicle driver. This dream just got one step closer to reality with the news that Utility Vehicle Simulator will be released for PC on the 23rd of March. No longer will we have to settle by pretending to be airport firefighters, emergency vehicle operators or street cleaners, we can finally experience life in the fast lane.

According to the release video, “Your duties change for each vehicle in this title; you’ll be delivering packages, repairing faulty street lights and cleaning sewers.” This is exciting stuff, and judging by the trailer, life as a utility vehicle driver isn’t all fun and games. Your skills will be put to the test with challenges like closing doors, picking up parcels and placing road cones.

The game will include various methods of transportation, beginning with simple vans and moving on to “ever more specialist vehicles” as you dash around the city to earn a living. Will you be picking this up? It will certainly fill the time until they release a game based on my other dream, becoming an elevator attendant.

Oh boy! Is this from the makers of other compelling simulation games like Agricultural Simulator and Street Cleaning Simulator? Can’t wait!

If ice cream truck driver isn’t a job I can do in this game, I’m going to throw a kerfuffle. And none of that on-disk DLC tomfoolery either.

It sounds like these games would be really great for small children to play with their parents or older siblings.
