These last few days have been chock full of Diablo III news. In a surprise announcement made yesterday, Diablo III Senior Producer Steve Parker confirmed that he is “no longer working at Blizzard or on D3″. The announcement came via Parker’s twitter account. Though he made no indication of where he will be going next, Parker made it clear that he was departing on good terms, stating that working on Diablo III was a “pleasure”.
News of Parker’s departure comes hot on the heels of Thursday’s big Diablo III update. The update detailed major changes that will be made with the game’s gameplay systems, leaving many Diablo fans deflated with the prospect of a first quarter 2012 release.

I have to admit, I starting to fear for D3. All the big gameplay changes (why get rid of the ability to sell junk on the go?) and now the lead books it out of there? You’re making me nervous, Bliz!
