Last month, Alan Wake was announced for the PC for a Q1 2012 release. Today, a release date has been announced along with system requirements. Even though the game had been a 360 exclusive, the PC version will use Steam and not, thankfully, Games for Windows Live.
The only downsides are that isn’t optimized yet for Windows XP and it will not have mod support. Despite these, I will still be getting it as it’s nice that it’s even being released on the PC at all.
Head on past the break to check out the system requirements.
