Fellow Sith (or, possibly Jedi), are you aching to experience BioWare’s upcoming MMO? Well, the wait won’t be much longer, as the Early Access Program will begin next week. BioWare is even allowing you to preload the game so that you will be able to begin the moment the servers come up.
What’s even better however is that the original rumors of a 5-day maximum head start are wrong. BioWare announced that depending on when you pre-ordrered and redeemed your code, you will receive up to a full week of early access. This is fantastic news for the people, including myself, who are still up in the air as to what class they want to play. A week should give you ample time to try out the different classes, allowing you to use your free month of play to actually play the game.
The only thing to do now is survive while the game’s icon taunts you from your desktop.
Early access begins on December 13th, 2011, 7:00 AM EST (Pacific: December 13th, 4:00 AM PST, European: December 13th, 12:00 PM GMT, 1:00 PM CET) and the full game will be released on December 20th
