Because there’s no such thing as too many Skyrim videos, here’s another one. The entire first 23 minutes of the game, including character creation and a combat scene, is up for ogling now on Kotaku.

Needless to say, the whole thing is one giant spoiler, but if you absolutely cannot wait until November 11 to get your Skyrim fix, take a look quickly before it gets taken down.

Following a sacred trope of fantasy RFP openings, the game starts with you in deep trouble and about to get even deeper, complete with your very own deus ex machina moment. But the action picks up a lot sooner than in, say, Oblivion — this time, you won’t get the luxury of leisurely meandering around an abandoned dungeon shooting at buckets and hacking at poor defenseless rats.

No, this time you’ll get significantly larger and scalier enemies. Fans of the series will find plenty in the opening sequence to remind them of Oblivion, but overall this opener seems tighter and faster-paced, and there’s nothing wrong with that, at all.
