Siliconera has discovered a trademark filed by Nintendo for “Circle Pad Pro”, which is obviously the 3DS add-on that attaches a second joystick to your system.
The attachment will be released in Japan alongside Monster Hunter 3G on December 10th, and will, according to Capcom, be available in the US when Resident Evil: Revelations is released.
Oh, and don’t worry about the second circle pad making your 3DS all misshapen and ugly. The name says pro, therefore it must be like outfitting your 3DS in a suit and tie.
My hands cramp just thinking about using that hideous, ill designed mnstrousity, and i for one will not use it,
The biggest thing I fear from this (and this may just be my OCD acting up) is that it will make the device unbalanced. I believe it will feel weird holding a device and the screen isn’t right in the middle.
So….. UGLY!!!
