Rockstar has officially announced that Grand Theft Auto V is coming, with a trailer to be unveiled next week on November 2nd. The reveal was made in typical Rockstar Style, no fanfare, just the display of the game’s logo on the studio’s homepage.
A press release has not yet been issued, so details are still very thin, but at least we only have a week to wait for the trailer and our first look at the game. The big question is where will the game be set and who will it star.
Seeing as the last game was set in Liberty City, it is reasonable to think that GTAV will be in a different location. Could we see a return to Vice City or San Andreas? Judging by the style of the V, it does look pretty gangsta. On the other hand, every new installment of GTA from 1-5 has been set in Liberty City, with their spin-offs being located in a different city and time period. In addition, every solid sequel in the GTA series has introduced a brand new graphical engine.
The release date for GTAV is yet to be announced. Check back next week for the trailer.

I just hope they bring back all the custimization that GTA:SA brought to the game. I was reaalllyyy upset when they took out a lot of that for IV.
