Botanicula Unveiled by Amanita Design in new Trailer

Machinarium creators, Amanita Design, released a trailer yesterday for their new point-and-click adventure, Botanicula. The game stars a cast of five “little tree creature” friends on a quest to save the last seed of their home tree from the evil parasites invading their territory.

A small indie dev studio from the Czech Republic, Amanita Design once again collaborated with Jára Plachý, the award-winning animator that created the speech bubbles from Machinarium. Drawing from other local talent, Amanita called upon a Czech alternative band called DVA, to compose the Botanicula soundtrack and sound effects.
