The rumors have been flying around for a while now, but this time it’s for real, I promise. According to Australian gaming magazine, PC PowerPlay, Mass Effect 3 will in fact have multiplayer.
Hot off the presses October 19th, you’ll be able to pick up a copy and read – in fine detail, might I add – about PC PowerPlay’s first-hand experience testing out the multiplayer at BioWare’s Edmonton branch.
Of course they didn’t just show up, play the game, and leave. They also had an opportunity to speak with Mass Effect Series Producer and Mass Effect 3 Project Director Casey Hudson about why multiplayer was added, which you can also read about in the upcoming issue.
While it’s great to play a game by yourself, playing with friends is great – they’re perfect scapegoats. Seriously, who else is better to pin your loss on? Definitely not your dog, that’s for sure.

Not sure if want…
The banner has scarred me for life.
Anyway, I just hope it’s not tacked like Bioshock 2′s. IMO the only way they could make this really great is if they had online co-op missions, and not traditional shooter multiplayer
