Duke Nukem Forever Gets Hail to the Icons DLC Next Week

Earlier this year, 2K Games announced the first set of Duke Nukem Forever DLC, the Hail to the Icons Parody Pack. Now, we finally have word as to when the new maps, multiplayer modes, and weapons will arrive on our PCs, Xbox 360s, and PS3s. Gearbox says that October 11th is the planned release date, but as it’s Duke, we can’t be certain.

The cost is either 800 Microsoft Points or $9.99 USD, depending on your personal choice of platform poison. If you’re one of the completely-sane-and-in-no-way-weird-for-still-caring-about-Duke-Nukem people who bought the First Access Club, you’ll get it for free. Of course, the shame of knowing you did that after the game got released is its own kind of cost.
