Guild Wars 2 Gets Eurogamer Preview Video Starring Total Biscuit

Direct from this year’s Eurogamer expo and through the feed of that English MMO commentator known as Total Biscuit, comes nearly an hour of PvE and PvP footage from the much anticipated MMORPG: Guild Wars 2.

Early on after the release of the original Guild Wars, Arena Net quickly garnered a reputation for innovation. From the inclusion of many unique gameplay elements, to the eschewing of a monthly subscription fee, the original Guild Wars defied the then-accepted structure of MMORPGs. And, upon seeing these videos, you can rest assured that they are poised to continue this tradition with Guild Wars 2.

The first two clips show a solid 40 minutes of PvE gameplay with the dark, magical “Necromancer” class, and the final clip reveals a solid ten minutes of action-packed PvP gameplay featuring the roguish “Thief” class. In addition to being visually stunning, this 50+ minutes of gameplay will impress even the most jaded denizen of r/gaming with their distinct lack of similarity to that MMO realm of World of Warcraft “clones”.
