Anomaly Warzone Earth – Tower Defense…In Reverse!

Are you a tower defense fan who’s tired of always, well, defending?  Feel like being the one sending wave after wave of attackers to their doom?  Anomaly Warzone Earth developed by Polish developers 11 Bit Studios might be just the game for you! 

Taking control of a commander who serves as your physical presence on the battlefield, you’ll guide troops, tanks and the like toward hostile, alien weapon emplacements.  The commander also provides special abilities and buffers for your advancing troops, such as a smokescreen that hides them from enemy fire. 

Though there is no specific release date yet, look for Anomaly Warzone Earth sometime in the first half of this year for PC, Mac, iPad and iPhone.  In the meantime, head past the break for some gameplay footage.
