Because Diablo III is clearly right around the corner Blizzard is looking into whether or not it should be spending development time and resources on a console port. More accurately, at the DICE Summit yesterday, Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime said they’ve been looking into whether or not “a game like Diablo” should get a console version. “It’s something that we’re actually doing an investigation into”, he added, as if that were something a person involved in the entertainment industry should ever say out loud. When pressed on his vague explanation of console ports, Morhaime added that Diablo 3 would be the easiest Blizzard game to port.
Morhaime also mentioned a number of issues about console ports of a Blizzard property, specifically (and confusingly) noting the distribution of updates and expansion packs. Blizzard’s last console game was released in 1998, so maybe his ignorance on the status of modern internet connectivity can be excused just this once.

The world can be changed by man’s endeavor, and that this endeavor can lead to something new and better .No man can sever the bonds that unite him to his society simply by averting his eyes . He must ever be receptive and sensitive to the new ; and have sufficient courage and skill to novel facts and to deal with them. replica tag heuer
