L.A. Noire Releasing May 17th in North America

After L.A. Noire’s second gameplay trailer leaked to YouTube a few days ahead of schedule this morning, the game’s reputed release date spread like wildfire across the Web. After DCMAing the YouTube video, Rockstar went ahead and confirmed what we already knew: that the title would coming out on May 17th. Still, as far as covering-your-ass press releases go, this one wasn’t too bad, as they also revealed that L.A. Noire would be hitting Europe on May 20th. Oddly enough, no release date has been given for Australia, home to the studio that developed the game, Team Bondi.
