Capcom to Premiere Dead Rising 2: Case West Gameplay Live at 5:30PM ET

If you’re looking forward to the December 27 release of Dead Rising 2: Case West, you might want to cancel your plans for the rest of the day. In about two and a half hours, Capcom will be using their Ustream channel to broadcast the first gameplay footage of the upcoming DLC.

The new episode, which picks up where Dead Rising 2’s story left off, sees the return of the first game’s war-covering hero Frank West, who’s bringing his widely missed photojournalism gameplay in tow. West teams up with DR2 protagonist Chuck Greene to unravel a mystery at zombie vaccine manufacturer Phenotrans’ headquarters, which means hours of co-op zombie killing, portrait shooting goodness for you and a friend. After the runaway success of Case Zero, we’ve got high hopes for this new chapter in the Dead Rising franchise.
