Gamestop.com has posted a mysterious listing for a ‘Dreamcast Collection’ title supposedly hitting stores on February 15, 2011 for the Xbox 360. Moreover, the game is set at a $29.99 price tag. Aside from that, there are no other details listed there or anywhere else that I checked. So, what does this all mean? Well, that’s a good question, and one we don’t have an answer to right now. Speculation has been running rampant over the internet regarding all sorts of gaming news in the past 24 hours, but the likeliest of scenarios is a collection of the previously released Dreamcast-to-XBLA titles.
One has to wonder though if this is the start of something. Perhaps, Sega has plans to release a few of these collections that would include some of the system’s more prominent games in one package. As Dreamcast fanatics, we can only hope so. Just the very idea of having Shenmue, Jet Grind Radio, Outtriger and Power Stone all on the same disc makes us squeal with delight. Hell, this would even be a perfect opportunity to release the finished, but previously unreleased, Propeller Arena. Are you reading this Sega? Propeller Arena. We want it. Now.

The truth is that this will no doubt be a package of Sonic Adventure, Crazy Taxi, and likely Virtual On: OT. If we’re lucky, maybe one unannounced game will sneak in. It pretty much has to be Sega titles, so including Power Stone is probably out of the question.
In all likelihood, you’re probably right, though I’d expect Space Channel 5 to be in there. Nonetheless, a guy can dream about having some of his favorite DC titles on one disc, can’t he?
Well I truly liked studying it. This information offered by you is very practical for proper planning.
