Artificial Mind & Movement, the Montreal-based developer best known for their work on Naughty Bear and WET, have recently confirmed that not only have they changed their company name, which they’ve had since the early 90s, to Behaviour, but also that they will be developing sequels to both aforementioned games, stating that WET 2 and Naughty Bear 2 will be multi-platformed. While they haven’t released any information regarding which systems exactly these titles will appear on, one can only assume that the PS3 and Xbox 360 are likely candidates to see some stuffed bear and Tarantino-inspired action in the upcoming year.
Behaviour went on to state the following: “We have just completed Sims 3 (Wii), and are also working on several unannounced games for Xbox 360 videogame and entertainment system, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, Nintendo’s Wii and DS systems, Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, next generation handhelds, a Facebook game to be launched in November and a Casual MMO to be launched early next year.”
So, as you can see, Canada’s largest independent game developer is hard at work on making sure that their products get out to just about every console and gaming medium known to man. If any of this excites you, then keep your ear to the ground for more details as they come down the pipeline.
